Thanks, I will give them a go. I received a speedy and helpful reply from them about a query I had.

Funny thing is I sent godaddy an e mail telling them I was fed up with them and their general unhelpfullness and was intending canceling their hosting. Within 6 hours(as opposed to 24, 48 or 72 hours) I had a reply asking me to leave one hacked page up for them to look at it and asking for the dates the hacking took place so that they could investigate.
