Morning
 Nice App  Had my first training-session again today, after a year without any exercise (except walking). Signed up at a fitness-center on the other side of street. This way I'll avoid getting in shape in my effort to get there :-p  Now out to have a short swim with my dog, then work. Have a great day J  lly |
