Look at Ramster starting the daily thread because he knew I was busy worrying about something else that I can't get into yet in public, but let's just say I'm giddy

It snowed A lot And it was just below freezing, so it's a really heavy snow. Our plow guy is on vacation in Hawaii of all places, and the guy he has covering for him is currently being dragged out from down near the pool house by our neighbor after getting stuck Of course, this also means I have to go fire up the snow blower and go some ❄️
(Yes, I went to the gutter)

Jolly's probably the only one that'll care about this: Anthrax (speed metal band ) is playing in Rochester tonight (75 miles/120 km away) and they're doing a meet-and-greet thing at 3PM at The House Of Guitars (even if you know nothing about music, everyone around here knows about this place). My friend from high school knows the owner & invited me to come in for a VIP kinda thing, but I had to say no because....

It's tax day for me I am going to email them & make sure they're open before I waste my time cleaning off the car & driving out there. It's usually a 30 min ride, but the snow tends to cause people to drive like morons, even in Buffalo

I splurged & dropped $50 on a new printer last week to replace my 2007 Canon PIXMA MP450 which, oddly enough, is for sale on eBay for $96.95 so I think I'll hook that sucker up this morning in case the accountant is closed since the old printer has a really hard time recognizing the cover is closed when you try to scan something
