<-that's "hot tea" as my American friends would call. In Canada, we call it "tea".
I was as the doctor's today for a regular checkup. I had my first normal blood pressure reading in a few years (albeit still on medication). None-the-less, my "white coat syndrome" didn't bump me up. I am usually at 150/80 or 155/85. I also lost a couple of pounds. The exercising is paying off, I guess.
So, who to root for? The next round of playoffs start tonight. Leafs are out. No Canadian team. Bruins?
I guess I'll need to give it some thought.
