You recip is usually between a bunch of recips from other big LL's that don't allow that particular content. So this means the freesite will only be accepted at your site and not at the others. Other from you getting some reffered webmasters I don't see how this is beneficiary. It's more like a closed circle between your site and the submitter's freesite and free traffic for the other LL's that didn't listed the freesite.
hmmm... coming to think of it.. it's only in the submitter's disadvantage
ah well.. they should just buy some content and everybody is happy
