Employees of sponsor submitting?

I got to be honest and say I do not understand why you need this rule to be extended to employees of the sponsor.

For instance, if I built a paysite I would want to buy listings and submit them myself. It gives me a better chance of getting traffic from your site and more control. I would also submit to the free listings.

With the new 2257 laws coming out it might be that sponsor content will dry up, as it seems ludicrous that I sell content and documents to a sponsor who then distributes it to every webmaster on his list.

But like most I'm still trying to work out the new 2257 regulations.
