Oops I forgot to come back to this thread......I had this same problem with Danger Dave. My employee that works for me inadvertantly deleted an entire directory on my server and I was able to recover most of the freesites but unfortunately I didn't have backups of all.

How can I appeal my banning? Do I get another chance for this mistake? It wasn't deliberate. I have been submitting sites since 1999 with great experience. I apologize for the hassle, may I have another chance?
