To all the Link List Owners

Thanks alot...but isnt it looked down upon if I add my link to my freesite and submit those freesites to other Link lists as well as mine?

I would appreicate all opinions on this especially those from the people that own the big LL's.

The reason I am asking is because since I dont see a rule against that but I have read in alot of boards that this is frowned upon, I would like any feedback on this. Thanks
