Your sites over all looks good. As for your click thru stats its hard for me to tell because some sponsors count first page hits and others count second page hits. So that means even tho you see in your counter stats high traffic that doesnt mean those people are going to your join page.

What I will say you can do is to add more descriptive text around your banners on your warning page like you did on your main page. Your warning page is the first and last place you want them to go. Your job is to sell them before they get to the free content. Also use lighter colors to high light key terms that will catch the surfers eye.
