Google Site Search
I think they follow only the links with their on-site search. I use it on internetsexnetwork.com. It works fine. Plus you have the option of anonymity of info or something, which I picked, like the toolbar. Beside, you don't put sensitive info on an open server.
Alexa has a snarky spyware dongle thingy (forgive me, my technical is formaldehydable) which the good anti-spy and ad ware progs (only two IMHO - Spybot S&D and LavaSoft's AD-Aware) detect and disable. Maybe I'm naive, but I trust the Google help-ware; they have too much at stake, aren't Mr. Gates yet, and want to take over the world in a benign way. Better them than Disney or McDonalds, anyhow... Positive thing with site-search: page rank, relevance assistance and the fact that you're linking to them. I vote: Yeah. |
