Hi, I'm not too much of a designer. I can recommend Tootie, I think her email is eightiesgirl at comcast net. She's well known by many and I hope it's ok with the moderators to recommend.
Mostly though I felt the need to reply because your ccbill page seems all broken to me.. all of the images are broken and it just seems goofed pretty bad. Check it out. |
