Help needed I cannot figure this one out

When i view this site

the top banner (Reality Camz) is missing and the java script button (to privatecamz) right near the top of page is missing. When i view source the image tag for the banner is missing on my computer but is there on my partners computer.

I can see the source code for the java button but it won't display on my computer but it does on my partners.

When i view this site

The banner that runs down the right side of the page is missing. When i view source the image tag for the banner is missing on my computer but is there on my partners computer.

in the table at the top of the page (sponsors) the third cell (Kara's Adult Playground) is completely blank - no image or text just a blank black box.

When i view source the image tag for Kara's Adult Playground banner is missing on my computer but is there on my partners computer.
