A question for LL owners

I have submitted 4 toons freesites last week each promoting a different site but all belong to the same sponsor.
I found that 3 are not converting at all while the 4th is good so I asked and found that these sites are not converting for others also.
Can I change the links on my freesites to the site that's converting for me ?

there is no popups,consoles diallers or any bullshit on the site.and if it is allowed should I change it myself or I should email each LL owner with the new links?
