Do SEs read Iframes?

Here's the gist of my question...

I need to do something to better handle my hardlink trades. Jay's recent launch of jaystrades.com has just kicked me in the pants about it. I could set something up with my coding skills to display my hard link trades in Iframes and call the trades from another domain, but I don't want to go near that option if my link partners won't get the benefit of the backlink due to the Iframe.

I'd much rather just buy a damned script that can do it for me, but all the scripts I've found so far are single-site mainstream oriented, instead of something that can be deployed across a network of sites with a single admin.

So, does anyone know if the SEs still track links displayed in an Iframe as being on the page where the Iframe is loaded as opposed to being on the source domain? TIA
