How to Get Unabnned by Yahoo ?

Hi
i am intrested does any had a luck to get out from Yahoo banned list ? i think i tried almost anything to get out of it
i paid for directory listing got my self to 6th place on keyword "sex" in directory search , mailed them like 100 times they told me tht they will review my site , but nothing happened

if anyone wonderes its a LL's site and most of them banned by Yahoo but still i am very intrested to get their traffic back
any one has a suggestions ?
