Linda, I rented my space, was cheap thru a friend, but I am on a month to month basis...And there is someone there 8 hours a day...best part if they would come in, I am only 2 blocks down the road..
Think of one thing, are you going to be there if they coma knocking? or will someone be there? Just giving you some of my thoughts on it. |
