A mix of both is a great thing.
High converting programs like the ones Extreme cash offers are great because you know you'll get the signups, and that you're guranteed a certain amount. Partnerships are also a great pick me up in those slow months, such as the ones coming to an end. Ideally, a program that offers either option is the one I'll lean towards!
