ICQ is down?
Is anyone else having problems with ICQ? It was running fine this morning but now I cannot connect at all. When I "connect" it says "connecting" and then just goes away....even the flower disappears...goes from yellow to "gone".
Is there something I should do or is this just a fluke for me and no one else? Any help is greatly appreciated. Linda
