The debate as to what amateur means in the porno context is a long one. (I've seen "webmasters" on other boards arguing that anyone is a stupid capitalist sellout who has photos of a higher quality and models with less ass acne than the ones on their wife's Southern Charms page, so to each his own.)
Your best bet is probably doing the content production yourself. You know what they say, "if you want something done right..."
