On requesting partner accounts

I really shouldnt post this but a lot of webmasters lie a little on their applications
expecting that you wont check out their info

they say they have partner accounts at other tgps
ya know a lot of us trade traffic and if we dont trade we still are very friendly

ya know how many times I get a app and it says I have a partner account here and there

I ask those tgps and they never heard of the submiter
