Any recommendations for cheap NON-ADULT hosting?

I have been using ipowerweb.com for a few years now and have never had a problem. I just noticed that the price is 7.95 a month but like I said I have never had any problems with them. I have tried others in the price range you are looking for and my site was down more often than not.. and email was even worse. You can also check out zosee.com. I have used them as well. They have a lifetime plan if you are willing to dish out the bucks (lol) But again this is not in the range you are looking for... but figured I would post my two cents about those because I use or have used them AND ipowerweb also has a site called ipower.com where they have a 3.95 package that may interest you.

You may also want to check out godaddy's 3.95 plan. I have a friend that uses that one. (godaddy.com).
