2257? and online sigs?

Please please lets not start another nightmare thread on 2257. I just have a quick question. My programmer is currently setting up my site so any of the models who sign up will be required to upload 2 picture ID's, fill out a form regarding their personnal info ie address, real name etc. A model release form and a contract. My question here is; are online signatures valid in a court of law? Im searching online and the info I'm finding is vauge, some sites saying yes, others saying no. All this info would be written to my DB along with everytime a girl uploads an image, it would write a copy of that image to the db, along with dates etc. I do not want to purchase any of the 2257 software out there as they seem to be over kill for my needs.
