Movie Editing Software

Looking for something reasonably priced and pretty full featured to do video editing. I'd like to be able to convert anything to anything else, preferable with audio converters as well. Definitely don't need a pro-level application, this is just for me to fuck around with on my own, working with vids as web content as well as playing around with editing dvd movies and digital video camera footage.

Looking for something in the under $100 price range, and currently thinking Blaze Media Pro. Opinions? Suggestions? TIA
