Cant figure out whats wrong

OK well the wife is playing around with her site and we can not figure out why there is a huge white space in the middle of her text and table

I dont know what she has changed but she has been changing it all night an I cant figure it out for the life of me. Any help would be great. She would like to remove the space and only have one or two <br> under it. I have tried to remove as much as the formating as I can and start from scratch but still no luck.
