Starting a new paysite checklist and tips

It had to have been about a year or so ago that someone had posted a paysite checklist, i think it was an excel spreadsheet. I'm clearly not searching for the right thing because i can't find that file in the archives.

I've read the paysite tutorial on cozy, i'm just looking for more of a linear approach at what all needs to be done and in what order, etc.

If no one knows where that list is, I'll be more than happy to build one by consolodating all the experiences, tips, and tricks everyone posts in this thread, and share it on the board.
