I'd get some more selling points in, text around the banners linked to the sponsor, non-linked text paragraphs telling the surfer why they can't live without a membership.
 It kinda has the feel of a TV commercial with no sound.I also like to use mouseovers to hide the referrer portion of the link, although some ll's may frown on this. I think it gives the site more of a "testimonial" feel.
