There is nothing more annoying than resizing of windows... It assumes that EVERYONE has the same 'visual' setup..
Lots of clever people DONT.. eg: they have sidebars, start bars at the top of their screen, multiple screen setups etc Any site that resizes my windows, I just close. Any submission that resizes my window gets deleted. DD
