hi there....

I need help with some information about Internext 2004..

I have never been to one of the events...

I found out that I WON a roudn trip air line ticket from my home to the convention in Vegas... and hotel stay at the Venetian for Jan 4-6 and full admission to the Internext
Convention...

but...

here's what I need to know:

1. the convention runs 5-7 - - so should I plan to stay over on the night of the 7th as well ??

2. if I do stay over and the Veneitian can't accomodate me for that extra day - and I think there was another thread here by Surfin that says all the other surrounding hotels are also full and even overbooked - - - where would I get a room for that extra night ?? - - I'd need to know now before I arrive in Vegas if I have a place to stay on the 7th - - because it makes a difference on the DATE for return flight

3. what's the last day of the event like ?? - hours, events etc...
are there parties worth staying through the 7th for ??

4. I want to go to the GG&J party - what do I need to do to get into that one ?? (for me and my companion)

5. I want to go to the EP party - what do I need to do to get in to that one?? (for me and my travel companion)

6. How do I get an extra convention full admission pass for my travel companion ??

7. Is anyone staying over for the AVN event 8-11 ??

8. Should I plan to stay through the 8th to go to that as well ??

9. How does one get entrance passes to that ??

10. what will the weather be like during the Jan. 4-6 ??

11. Will airlines let you take on digital cameras and cell phones ??

12. Who going will have their cell phones with them - that will be useable while in Vegas ??

13. any suggestions on a cell phone plan that has no extra charge for the out of state long distance plan for say 200 minutes+ per month - - - a plan that does NOT require a contract signing ?? - - or is it easier to grab a pickup and go plan while IN Vegas ??

14. If my digital camera get's FULL wihile there - do I just take the memory chip thing out and put a new one in ??
Does taking the chip out retain what was on it till I get back to OHIO to put it back in my camera and download the pics ??

15. is any special permission required to take a digital camera or cell phone onto the convention floor ?? - and I will have a tote bag - will that be permitted into the convention floor ??

16. how many business cards do you all usually go through at the event ?? - - - 500 1000 2000 + ??

Im so excited to have won this trip and get a chance to go...
there are so many of you I want to meet...
