The problem is that it knocks me out for 4 hours or so & then I toss & turn & have that horrible restless sleep for the rest of the night with really fucked up dreams, then I'm groggy all day.
DayQuil causes the same effect at night if I take it during the day
So here I sit with a Breathe Right strip on my nose
Benadryl is one of the few things that works ok for me without similar side effects
