It depends on how much effort you feel it's worth. I wouldn't go to far with it personally, but making moderate changes may be time well spent if you manage to get the mirrors listed on the SEs too. I can't see why a link list would care if you submitted modified mirrors to other lists, just as long as you weren't submitting multiple mirrors of the same site to a single list.

BTW, I've been meaning to contact you.

You are one of my partner submitters, yet you only submit to one of my lists. The list you don't submit to has much more traffic. Shhh...don't tell anyone.
