used your 001_2.mpeg as the video/audio source.
saved the output as 001_6.mpeg

First load of _2 shows as 11 sec in WPM10
First load of _6 shows as 16 sec in WPM10

Clean my browser cache and have the same results....so convert the pal to ntsc and you are good to go

The second one is now 16 for me
