Just build your recip tables and give it a couple of months before making any decisions, some of the biggies have quite a backlog.
I would definitely not bother going back and removing recips from sites already submitted. Just build and forget, build and forget. Evaluate the results at regular intervals and make adjustments. Most places do NOT accept pics on html pages. IMO it's not worth the trouble.
