Delegation is the key to success, but it's too bad most entrepreneurs (like myself) have a problem with delegating certain tasks out.
I'm so anal about shit I even check to make sure my lug nuts are tight after I have my tires rotated. However, I don't have any problems if I know nothing about what's being delegated out. |
