Dave, as I told you back in February when you first contacted us, we have indeed terminated this affiliates account. Why he is still promoting us, I have no idea. I am sure TopBucks, SilverCash and ************* are probably wondering why he is still promoting them as well. I can assure you though that he is getting no money from us, bonus or otherwise.
