Hey Grinch,
I took a quick peek at your gallery and thought it looked pretty good. I do think your ad text could pop a bit more though and I'm not sure about the big block of text in the middle...might need a little space to breathe...you know, make it a bit easier for the surfer to catch as they glance over the thumbs...
