Female teacher arrested for rape

Is it just me, or when you read these quotes:

"...a popular 8th grade English teacher at Mohawk Central School was arrested Friday, June 23rd for allegedly raping a 15-year old male student."

"According to the police, she would take her 15-year old victim to her home on Albany Street in Little Falls. Inside, she would allegedly rape him."

...do you picture a strict female teacher wearing a strap-on and bending little Johnny over the arm of her sofa while making him repeat his times tables?

In reality, I'm guessing they might mean some kind of "statutory rape," but it still tends to conjure certain imagery for me.
