Morning. Finishing up my coffe then its off to the house for more painting. Had to take a break for 2 days this week. Found a guy to redo all my floors in the whole house roughly 1500 sqft for $800. It just finsihed drying yesterday afternoon and I am happy. I was told by a real estate friend I just increased the value of my home by 20k.
 So I'm happy. |
