I vote: use htaccess to block whatever referrer is sending you that crap traffic and/or remove them from your submit list.
OR Learn Japanese real damn quick.  EDIT: Just remembered, Japanese people have a real thing with cell phones... it puts American teenagers to shame! Maybe find some Japanese cell phone game affiliate program, or something?
