I really don't know why this topic keeps coming up.
There's an eight lb chunk of rarely used grey matter sitting on top of your shoulders. I keep suggesting that more people make sure that theirs is indeed plugged in and operational, but that's another topic.

1.) What sponsor are you going to promote with it?
2.) Does your content match the site your promoting?
3.) Category;
If 1 and 2 = True - then 3 should be obvious.
IF 3 is not readily apparent - either 1 or 2 isn't True, so pick another category from either 1 or 2 to make it so.

This isn't rocket science - it's a free site. Worst case scenario - you get declined, most likely with an explanation.
