When I got mine cut the first time, I had it longer then it is now, long enough to style.

Then I realized what a pain in the ass it was to deal with, so I keep it buzzed.

I had long hair for 7 years, and the last 2 was annoying, seems like every time I was doing something it was in my eyes. I was going to get it cut sooner but my wife talked me out of it.

But as with you I found someone who needed it more then I did, so I took it on my terms instead of waiting for it to fall out.
