What I found to be most interesting was the value placed on flexible data, software, and business models. Although, I imagine anyone working with porn can probably attest to these concept pretty easily.
![]() Set inclusive defaults for aggregating user data as a side-effect of their use of the application. The first thing that comes to mind for me is the equivalent of valuing content based on view count and possilby anonymous surveys/voting. I'm sure there's more, just can't think of any at the moment. Anyone else? I think I need more practice at thinking up stuff to make this one work: Design for "hackability" and "remixability."
