i have to chec if we got that stuff here in holland, i have an special migraine stick, i have to put that on the places where i have the pain but hell i wanted to put my head in a bucket full of that stuff yesterday....my headheache was bad, but for real... the icepack i never tried, it felt so good, i know when i had migraine in winter i just went outside without a coat just in a t shirt, i needed the cold on my head, when i lived at my parents house i remember i putted my head on their cold stone floor of the livingroom, and i didnt care if my parents had visitors, you should have seen those faces....thingkin "what the hell is that girl doing" i was laying on the cold floor crying like hell because i had the feeling my head was exploding", i have had migraines since the age of 15, still now i am older i dont have them often anymore, but when they come...........i will freak out, damn i cant understand a headeache can be so bad, i will check out about imitrex, i never heard about it in holland, but i can check
