Did Google just go insane on PPC?

I was trying to setup a new PPC campaign tonight, and almost ended up puking all over my keyboard. |drunk|

After building a keyword list, I come back to the Ad Group screen, and every f_____ng keyword is requiring $10.00-40.00 minimum PPC.

Now I'm hoping this is just a display glitch from when they were shutdown for maintenance Saturday afternoon. I've spent enough time trying to explain to them that I ain't going to be paying them 40-50¢ minimum PPC when there aren't even any ads running under the keyword set.

Anybody else heard anything?
