Should I change a page?

I have had a site accepted on several linklist but was rejected with the reason being there was no clear title on my main page. Since I've already been accepted at several other places should I put a title on my main page which would change the page? I've been told that I shouldn't make any changes to the site after it's been accepted, but this is not a blind link or additional sponsors, just a title on the main page. Should I leave it alone or put in the title???
