I read through that ebook and it's just basic seo. They also miss an important point right from the start telling people not to optimize for "weight loss" because there are 19,300,000 pages indexed for weight loss. They fail to point out that you should check and see how many of the top ranking sites for that keyword are optimized for "weight loss". I seriously doubt all 19,300,000 of those pages are.

A person could overlook a very good keyword phrase by using their method and not following through to see what is really out there for competition.
