Yeah it is a good deal assuming no catches.

I will just mention some stories I have heard happening to others with various companies like this.

1. Guy goes on the boards upset because his host told him they are shutting off his service unless he goes over to one of their dedicated hosts instead.

2. Guy is on the boards upset because while his host told him they offer unlimited monthly transfer, they put a bandwidth throttle on his site where things run so slow the site isn't even usable.

If I were to bite at this deal, I'd want to be reassured that neither of these will happen to me. Even after that, I'm not sure I'd trust them.

And one more thing if you manage to attract good deal of traffic to your website can you make good amount of money.
