For me, I pretty much just try out programs & if they convert, I keep them. If they convert really well, I add banners & push them a bit more.
Hosted Free Sites are a big plus - and I would sign up for a program that offered them before one that didn't. I don't really know what else you could offer to the typical Link List webmaster - for the most part, all we need are link codes to sites that convert  |
