Congress Eyes Internet Fraud Crackdown

Looks like they are trying to make using fake info on whois a crime.

Not sure how this affect someone not in the US and I'm not sure if we want the government up are ass on this, but it would be nice to do a whois on spammers and cheats and get their real info.
