Modern medicine... have this test, take these pills, try this procedure see what happens, repeat until you either feel better, drop dead, or run out of money... whichever comes first.

Doctor stuck things in me, didn't really see anything unusual, put me on new pills, told me to have more tests.

Took new pills before bedtime. Wow did I have some bizarre interesting, rather disturbing dreams when I wasn't tossing and turning and trying to go back to sleep.

Doing the gym thing once I'm all the way awake and then just a day of work and errands planned.
