How to make money blogging

I was reading thru some newbie threads at another adult webmaster board the other day & someone mentioned a sponsor I had signed up under years ago was converting well for them. I hadn't promoted them in ages so thought I'd add a few blog posts about their sites & see if it did any better for me now. Well since the 9th of November I have now made over $1100 - the $2 a free sign up program converts like crazy. I have put together a tutorial on how I am promoting them & hope this is useful to fellow bloggers:
